Who the data controller is
The controller of your personal data is Agro Fin Tech, the company that runs the Ferma Fruct Brabova website.

Agro Fin Tech has not appointed a data protection officer, because the activity described here does not require one.
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect what you type into it: your name, your e-mail address, the optional subject line and the body of your message. The form also records that you ticked the box agreeing to the processing of your data.
Please do not send sensitive data through the form, such as medical or biometric data, bank account details or identity documents.
As part of the ordinary running of the site, our technical providers may also process data such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, your browser type and the page you requested.
Purpose and legal basis
Data sent through the form is used only to consider your enquiry and to reply to it. The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. That consent is given by ticking the required box in the form.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the e-mail address above. Withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
The technical processing strictly needed to deliver and secure the site rests on Agro Fin Tech’s legitimate interest in keeping the site available and safe, under Article 6(1)(f).
Who can see the data
Messages can be seen by the authorised people at Agro Fin Tech who answer enquiries, and by the provider of our e-mail inbox.
The form uses Web3Forms, a service operated by Web3Creative acting as our processor. Form data passes through the Web3Forms servers before it reaches our inbox, and may be processed by the technical sub-processors Web3Forms authorises for hosting, e-mail delivery and spam filtering.

Transfers outside the European Union
Web3Creative operates from India, and the Web3Forms infrastructure may process data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. According to the agreement Web3Forms publishes, transfers that require a safeguard are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep messages
Agro Fin Tech keeps your message in the inbox only until your enquiry is settled, then deletes it, unless a legal obligation requires it to be kept for longer.
Separately, Web3Forms states that submission data may be held in its system for up to three years from submission, depending on the plan, or may be deleted sooner. That period is set by Web3Forms and is described in their policy and processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- access to your data and to information about how it is processed;
- rectification, if the data is wrong or incomplete;
- erasure, where the legal conditions are met;
- restriction of processing in the situations the law provides for;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- portability of the data you gave us, where the processing rests on consent and is carried out by automated means.
To exercise a right, send a request to the e-mail address given in section 1. We will normally reply within one month.
The right to lodge a complaint
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, ANSPDCP. Information and the complaint form are available on the ANSPDCP website, opens in a new tab.
Hosting, analytics and embedded services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As part of ordinary web hosting, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses and other technical data needed to deliver and secure the pages.
The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics tool. Cloudflare states that it uses no cookies or local storage, does not track individual visitors and does not fingerprint people from their IP address, browser or other identifiers.
The site sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own. The contact page does, however, embed a Google Maps view. When that map loads, Google may process your IP address and other technical data and may use its own technologies, under the Google privacy policy, opens in a new tab.
Automated decisions and updates
We do not use form data for decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile the people who contact us.
We may update this policy if the form, our technical providers or the legal requirements change. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
